Acceptable Use Policy

1. Rights-cleared use only

You may upload and transform content only when you have the rights and permissions required for the recording, composition, lyrics, performance, voice, and intended use. Do not use a voice, identity, likeness, or performance in a way that violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

2. Prohibited impersonation and deception

Do not create or distribute output that falsely represents that a real person participated, approved, endorsed, or made a statement when they did not. Unauthorized impersonation, fraud, phishing, fabricated evidence, reputational abuse, and deceptive commercial endorsements are prohibited.

3. Safety restrictions

You may not use LyricPatch to create, facilitate, or distribute:

• illegal material or instructions to commit wrongdoing;
• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, or sexualized impersonation;
• targeted harassment, credible threats, extortion, or content intended to provoke violence;
• election manipulation, voter suppression, or deceptive material about voting processes or candidates;
• malware, credential theft, spam, or coordinated platform abuse; or
• medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact deception presented as a real person’s authentic statement.

4. Service integrity

Do not bypass rate limits, safety controls, Turnstile, credit accounting, access controls, or deletion rules; probe other users’ projects; automate account farming; submit malicious files; reverse engineer private endpoints; overload workers; or use output to train or improve a foundation generative AI model where prohibited by an incorporated model license.

5. Incorporated model restrictions

Use of model-backed features must also comply with the then-current Stability AI Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by the Stability AI Community License and may change over time. If these rules differ, the stricter applicable restriction controls.

6. Enforcement

LyricPatch may block a request, remove project content, restore or freeze credits, suspend an account, preserve records as legally required, notify affected providers or authorities where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers. Report suspected abuse or an unauthorized voice use at DMCA & complaints.
